Multiple copies of the paperback edition are available at a discounted rate through direct request to the author. Orders for printing books are made on a monthly basis. Request of copies and prepayment occurs directly with the author prior to publishing copies of the book. Shipping is added to the cost estimate. This amount is determined by the publisher who will ship the books directly to the purchaser. Printing and shipping the books commonly takes about 2-3 weeks. An example of the cost of group ordering: 20 books ($15.00 each tax included) plus shipping (est. $1/book) = $320.00 CAD A Discussion Guide has been created to help support interested group discussions and classroom assignments. The guide is separated into chapters, including a summary, relevant quotes, and discussion questions. Extended questions and after reading suggestions are also included. This complimentary reference guide is available in PDF format. L.J. has also formed a prod-acted version of the book that can be borrowed through a direct request to the author. This edition is better suited to read to younger age students who are enrolled in upper elementary grades. |
